Peer Pressure Washing provides exterior pressure washing and soft washing services for residential and commercial properties in the Metro Detroit and Grosse Pointe areas of Michigan. Specific services, pricing, and scope will be agreed upon prior to any work being performed.
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of request. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions, size, or additional services requested on-site. You will be notified of any changes before work begins.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control. We will contact you promptly if this occurs.

We take every precaution to protect your property. However, Peer Pressure Washing is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to loose paint, deteriorating wood, cracked concrete, or improperly sealed surfaces. Any concerns about your property's condition should be communicated to us before service begins.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Accounts that remain unpaid after 30 days may be subject to a late fee.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will make it right at no additional charge, at our discretion.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Peer Pressure Washing related to your service, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peer Pressure Washing's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Macomb County, Michigan.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
